On December 11 of this year, the State Committee on Statistics held a seminar on the topic " Development and adoption of draft legal acts, rule-making”.
It was attended by the management of the State Committee on Statistics and employees of the Central office, as well as a Professor of the Department of “Environmental law” Tashkent state law University, doctor of law Shukhrat Fayziev.
Opening the event, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Zoxidjan Ziyayev spoke about legislative acts in the field of normative legal acts.
At the meeting Sh.Fayziev informed the participants of the event about the procedure for preparing, discussing, reviewing, adopting and publishing draft legislative acts.
Opinions were also expressed on the system of legislation in the field of normative legal acts, the concept, types and requirements of normative legal acts.
