According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced food products worth UZS 137.7 trillion in January–July 2026.
This figure increased by 8.8 % compared with the corresponding period of 2025.
The volume of food production by region was as follows:
Tashkent city — UZS 22.6 trillion;
Tashkent region — UZS 18.5 trillion;
Samarkand region — UZS 17.6 trillion;
Andijan region — UZS 10.5 trillion;
Fergana region — UZS 11.7 trillion;
Bukhara region — UZS 7.7 trillion;
Kashkadarya region — UZS 9.1 trillion;
Namangan region — UZS 9.1 trillion;
Republic of Karakalpakstan — UZS 6.2 trillion;
Navoi region — UZS 5 trillion;
Khorezm region — UZS 5.3 trillion;
Syrdarya region — UZS 4.2 trillion;
Surkhandarya region — UZS 5.9 trillion;
Jizzakh region — UZS 4.3 trillion.
