According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as of September 1, 2026, there were 456.7 thousand commercial organizations operating in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 366.1 thousand were limited liability companies (LLCs), accounting for 80.2% of the total number of commercial organizations.
The number of commercial organizations by legal form was as follows:
limited liability companies — 366,051 (80.2%);
private enterprises — 48,112 (10.5%);
family enterprises — 38,101 (8.3%);
joint-stock companies — 648 (0.1%);
other organizations — 3,740 (0.8%).
