On December 2, 2021, a round table was organized at the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics to ensure the rule of law when considering cases of administrative offenses.

The round table was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Committee Zohidjon Ziyaev, heads and employees of the central office of the State Committee on Statistics.

Opening the round table, Deputy Chairman of the Committee Z. Ziyaev expressed his opinion on the tasks that need to be implemented to ensure the rule of law when considering cases of administrative offenses.

At the same time, the head of the legal department of the Committee, Vakhob Tukhtaev, provided explanations about administrative offenses, violation of the procedure for submitting reports, drawing up protocols on administrative offenses, its content and the procedure for sending.
