On April 8 this year, in the course of getting acquainted with the creative and landscaping work carried out in the Almazar district of the capital, the head of our state gave a number of instructions to improve the living standards of the residents of mahallas.
In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set by the State Committee on Statistics in the mahallas of the Yangikhayat district of Tashkent, landscaping events, sports competitions, various cultural and educational meetings, visits to theaters, excursions to the sights of the country for residents of these mahallas are regularly held.
Another cultural and educational evening was held in Yorkin Hayot mahalla in Yangikhayat district. This evening was organized by the State Committee on Statistics together with the Yorkin Hayot mahalla.
As part of the event, various sports competitions were organized. Artists came and sang various songs for cultural recreation of the residents of the mahalla.
In particular, not only young people, but also adults actively participated in archery, tug of war, table tennis, badminton, chess and checkers, as well as other sports competitions.
At the event, which lasted until the evening, the residents of the mahalla danced to the music and had a good time.
At the end of the event, the active participants were presented with memorable gifts.
Similar cultural and educational events are planned in other mahallas of the Yangikhayat region.
