In accordance with the Decree of the President of our country “On measures to further improve and develop the National Statistical System of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated August 3, 2020, the task was set to organize various training courses on the “Basics of Statistics” in order to form the knowledge and skills of employees of state and economic management and sectors of the economy.
In order to ensure the implementation of this resolution, the State Statistics Committee and the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research organized field training courses on the subject "Fundamentals of Statistics" for economists from all ministries, state committees, agencies and central institutions during January - April 2021, as well as in May - December 2021 for economists from Fergana, Namangan, Andijan regions and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
Also, in accordance with the "Schedule of organizing and conducting the training course "Fundamentals of Statistics"" in February - July of this year in the city of Tashkent, Tashkent, Kashkadarya, Navoi and Samarkand regions, on-site training courses were successfully held on a contractual basis.
On August 25-27 this year, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Statistical Research under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized field training courses on the subject "Fundamentals of Statistics" for economists from khokimiyats and city organizations of all levels of the Bukhara region.
In turn, the course participants were provided with the texts of lectures, presentations and relevant handouts prepared by the faculty of the institute in electronic form, as well as analytical statistical data on the preliminary results of the socio-economic development of the regions for 2021, provided by the State Committee on Statistics.
The participants were awarded certificates of successful completion of the training courses.
