In January-June 2022, GDP growth reached 5.4%. Gross value added created by all sectors of the economy amounted to 91.6% of the total GDP and increased by 5.5% (contribution to GDP growth - 5.1 percentage points). Net taxes on products in the structure of GDP amounted to 8.4% and, compared to January-June 2021, increased by 4.6% (contribution to GDP growth - 0.3 p.p.).
In the context of activities, the growth in value added amounted to:
– in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 2.7%;
– in industry – 5.1%;
– in construction – 6.2%;
– in the service sector - 7.3%.
