According to the results of January-June 2022, the gross value added (GVA) in construction in the Syrdarya region amounted to 579.2 billion soums and, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 0.9%. In the period under review, the share of this sector in GRP reached 7.8% and decreased by 0.2 percentage points compared to January-June last year, and increased by 1.8 percentage points compared to the same period in 2018.
