According to the results of January-June 2022, the GRP of Namangan region amounted to 17,222.9 billion soums, which is 6.6% higher than the data for January-June 2021.
GRP growth rates are due to positive growth rates in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.4% (share in the GRP structure - 33.4%), industry - 108.6% (16.1%), construction - 109.8% (7.7%) and the service sector - 107.4% (42.8%). GRP per capita increased by 4.2% and amounted to 5,847.8 thousand soums.
