In January-June 2022, in the Kashkadarya region, most of the disbursed investments in fixed assets were directed to new construction. The volume of investments in new construction amounted to 2632.5 billion soums, and its share of the total investment accounted for 35.7% of investments. Investments aimed at expansion, reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment of existing economic facilities - 2517.2 billion soums and amounted to 34.1% of the total investment in the region. The remaining 30.2%, or 2223.6 billion soums, was directed to other expenses.
