In our country, special attention is paid to promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population, attracting employees of state and public organizations, as well as all citizens to mass sports.
For this purpose, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 14, 2021 No. PP - 4954 "On measures to further develop and popularize chess, as well as improve the system for training chess players" was adopted. In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated by the Decree, various sports competitions are organized among employees and employees of all organizations, aimed at the widespread introduction of a healthy lifestyle.
In particular, on October 24 of this year, the State Committee on Statistics and the Trade Union Committee organized the “Chess Day”. It was attended by employees of the departments of the Central Office.
In the chess tournament among employees of the central office, Olimjon Siddikov took the 1st place, Zainiddin Egamshukurov took the 2nd place and Zhurat Mirsaidov took the 3rd place. Among women, 1st place was taken by Marina Stadnikova, 2nd by Nigora Akhunzhanova and 3rd by Lola Karimova. The winners were presented with memorable gifts.
Such activities, in turn, promote a healthy lifestyle, help build a society of physically strong and spiritually mature people. Also, it is important to involve employees of the State Committee on Statistics in mass sports, increase mutual understanding, solidarity and increase work efficiency.
