In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-December 2022, large enterprises produced 8,304.0 tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages, the growth rate for this production compared to the corresponding period in 2021 was 115.9%. Of these, 935.0 tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages were produced in December.
