At the end of 2022, the GRP of the Khorezm region increased by 5.7% and amounted to 31,963.1 billion soums. GRP growth is due to growth rates in agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 103.3% (share in the GRP structure - 46.0%), industry - 115.1% (14.4%), construction - 102.1% (6 .9%) and the service sector - 105.4% (32.7%). GRP per capita increased by 3.9% and amounted to 16,465.7 thousand soums.
