In January 2023, the volume of services related to real estate in the republic reached 778.1 billion soums, their share in the total volume of market services provided amounted to 2.6%. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 103.4%. In turn, the largest share of these services fell on the city of Tashkent (51.4%) and the Tashkent region (8.4%).
