On May 5 this year, a round table was organized at the Bukhara State University by the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event was attended by the first deputy khokim of the Bukhara region Jamshid Tursunov, Head of the department for organizing the census and processing information of the department for organizing and conducting census processes of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nurali Shukurov, professor of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service Mamayunus Pardaev, professor of the National University of Uzbekistan Shahmansur Shokhazami, Professor of the Tashkent State Economic University Rajapbay Dusmuratov, Head of the Bukhara regional branch of the Agency for the Development of Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zafar Dzhumaev.
During the round table, the Head of the Department for organizing the census and processing information of the department for organizing and conducting census processes, Nurali Shukurov, separately dwelled on the preparation for the census event, using the experience of foreign countries in this matter, and the content of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On population census”.
Also at the event, issues of preparation for the census, conducted and planned for further work in this direction, the content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Official Statistics" were separately touched upon.
At the end of the event, specialists from the Agency for Statistics provided detailed information on the issues of interest to the participants.
