According to the results of January-March 2023, the GRP of Samarkand region amounted to 12,419.1 billion soums and, compared to January-March 2022, increased by 3.6 %. In this region, positive growth rates were noted in the sectors of agriculture, forestry and fisheries - 102.8 %, industry - 103.6 %, construction - 107.4 % and services - 103.3 %.
