In total, in January-April 2023, large enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 295.7 tons of cheese, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 62.2%. In the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2023, large enterprises produced 42.1 tons of cheese.
