On July 21, 2023, a presentation on the topic "Dissemination of population census data" was held at the Statistics Agency.
In this presentation, the Deputy Head of the Census and Data Processing Department of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Olimjon Sidikov spoke about the knowledge and experience he gained during the trip.
The presenter spoke in detail about the results of the seminar "Dissemination of Census Data", held in Astana, Kazakhstan, July 10-13 this year. within the framework of the regional program (CISPop) of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in cooperation with CIS-STAT "Data Quality - Effective Policy", the US Census Bureau and UNFPA.
The presentation also included feedback on the forms and methods of disseminating the results of the national population census, the availability of an anonymized micro information database for users, the use of geospatial technologies in the dissemination of population census data.
At the end of the presentation, the participants received answers to their questions.
