As of January-August 2023, in the Jizzakh region, 79.0 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
- households with one child – 18.2 %;
- households with two children – 30.6 %;
- households with three children – 19.7 %;
- households with four or more children – 10.5 %.
According to the survey, 21.0 % of households do not have children under the age of 16.
