In January-July 2023, the volume of services related to real estate in the republic reached 6,340.8 billion soums. Their share in the total volume of market services provided was 2.5 %. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 110.0 %.
The largest share of these services falls on the city of Tashkent (52.3 %) and the Tashkent region (8.3 %).
