As of January-August 2023, in the Kashkadarya region, 77.7 % of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
- households with one child – 20.3 %;
- households with two children – 26.9 %;
- households with three children – 18.1 %;
- households with four or more children – 12.4 %.
According to the survey, 22.3% of households do not have children under the age of 16.
