In January-June 2023, in the Syrdarya region, 5386.1 billion soums of foreign investments and loans were disbursed into fixed capital.
Of these, 27.3 billion soums were foreign loans guaranteed by the Republic of Uzbekistan, 731.2 billion soums were foreign direct investments and unguaranteed foreign loans, 4627.6 billion soums were other foreign investments.
