In January-August 2023, a total of 627,256 live births were registered in the civil registry office; the share of children under the age of 30 in the overall structure of the birth rate is as follows:
- Mothers under 30 years of age – 69.6 % (436,299 people)
- Fathers under 30 years of age – 42.8 % (268,433 people)
