In the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-August 2023, large enterprises produced 20.7 thousand tons of margarine. Compared to the corresponding period in 2022, production volume increased by 5.7 %. In August 2023, large enterprises produced 2.8 thousand tons of margarine.
