In January-August 2023, the volume of services related to real estate in the republic reached 7,351.3 billion soums. Their share in the total volume of market services provided was 2.5 %. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 110.4 %. The largest share of these services falls on the city of Tashkent (52.4 %) and the Tashkent region (8.3 %).
