As of July 1, 2023, the sown area of all grain crops in the republic amounted to 1,546.3 thousand hectares.
An analysis of the total sown area of grain crops by farm category showed that 74.7 % of their area falls on farms, 10.0 % - on dehkan and subsidiary farms, 15.3 % - on organizations engaged in agricultural activities.
