The 2nd meeting of heads of departments responsible for the development of human resources of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Samarkand.
The event was attended by heads of departments responsible for the development of human resources of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States - Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, heads of personnel departments of administrations, departments and the government of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of foreign and local media.
The head of the Personnel Department of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Talipova Zulhumor Normatovna, also took part.
During the meeting, current trends, new ideas and approaches in personnel policy and public service were discussed.
A presentation of best practices for forming a reserve of management personnel and working effectively with them was also shown.
The participants shared their experience of attracting talented people, especially young people, to the public service.
