As of January-September 2023, in the Syrdarya region, 72.0% of households have children under 16 years of age.
Of them:
- households with one child – 21.8%;
- households with two children – 25.6%;
- households with three children – 19.3%;
- households with four or more children – 5.3%.
According to the survey, 28.0% of households do not have children under the age of 16.
