In January-September 2023, the largest contribution to the formation of the republic’s GDP was made by the city of Tashkent with a share of 17.3%. Tashkent and Navoi regions occupy the next places with indicators of 10.2% and 7.6%, respectively. The Syrdarya region (2.0%) and the Republic of Karakalpakstan (2.9%) have the smallest share in the formation of the republic’s GDP.
