On June 5, 2024, the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a presentation on the results of the seminar of specialists of the national statistical services of the CIS country "updating labor statistics within the framework of the 21st International Conference on Labor Statistics", May 29-31, 2024 in Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan.
In the presentation, Zoyir Yuldoshev, Head of the Department of Demography, Labor and Gender of the Statistics Agency, who took part in this seminar, familiarized the participants with the issues discussed at the meeting, methods of forming indicators, shortcomings and the current situation, recommendations of experts on the development of labor statistics.
Also during the event, an exchange of views on the topic took place, as well as detailed answers to the questions of the participants.
