Deputy Director of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziyayev Zoxidjan Muratovich visited the Fergana Regional Statistics Department on a working trip to study the state of preparation for the population census and give appropriate instructions.
During the visit, Deputy Director Z.M. Ziyaev, together with employees of territorial statistical bodies and mahalla activists, visits mahallas and studied some residential premises in the mahallas were not numbered and street name signs were not installed.
As a result of these activities, under the leadership of Deputy Director Z.M. Ziyaev, was revealed that some residential premises in the mahallas were not numbered and signs with street names were not installed.
Based on the results of the study, analytical data for the regions of the Fergana region was prepared, to eliminate the identified shortcomings, Deputy Director Z.M. Ziyaev gave corresponding instructions to the management of the statistics department of the Fergana region and employees of territorial statistical bodies. He also emphasized the need to work in constant collaboration with local authorities and mahalla activists to thoroughly prepare for the census process.
