Nowadays, with the development of modern technologies, the number of victims of theft of money from plastic cards, online fraud, and cybercrime is growing.
On August 6 of this year, a roundtable discussion on the topic "Combating cybercrime" was held with the participation of employees of the central office of the Statistics Agency responsible for the work of the cybersecurity center of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent city.
During the event, specialists conducted explanatory work on the protection of bank cards and accounts, countering cybercrime with existing risks, preventing the dissemination of personal data, as well as online purchases, careful and alert use of applications of this category.
