On September 27, 2024, at the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on September 22-24 of this year in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the conference "New trends of economic statistics and large-scale data processing technologies" was held. A presentation was held on the results of the high-level statistics council meeting.
During the presentation, Shakhboz Samadov, the deputy head of the Department of Development of Digital Technologies and Interactive Services of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, conveyed the new knowledge and skills acquired during the meeting to the agency's employees.
In particular, issues of the level of transparency in the distribution of statistical data and the introduction of large-scale data processing technologies into the statistical system were considered.
At the same time, the recommendations of international experts and best practices of the participating countries on large-scale data processing technologies were introduced.
Also, during the event, opinions were exchanged on the topic, and the questions of the participants were answered in detail.
