On December 2-6 of this year at Turkish Statistical Institute, with the participation of a delegation of the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and experts from Turkstat, as well as the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA), a training course is being conducted on the topic “International trade and tourism statistics”.
The opening ceremony was attended by Turkstat employees headed by Deputy President of the Turkish Statistical Institute Abdullah Yüksel, the delegation of the Statistics agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan consisting of 10 people, as well as an expert of the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination Abdulkadir Abukan.
During the training course, Turkish Statistics experience in the field of foreign trade statistics, foreign trade in services statistics and in tourism statistics are being studied.
At the end of the event, the training participants will be awarded a certificate from the Turkish Statistical Institute and the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination in the Field of International Trade and Tourism.
