According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-February 2025, a total of 22.5 thousand Turkish citizens visited the Republic of Uzbekistan for tourism purposes.
This figure increased by 8.3 thousand people or 57.8% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The purposes of visits by Turkish citizens to the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-February of this year were as follows:
official - 9,396 people;
travel - 6,884 people;
visiting relatives - 6,069 people;
commercial - 92 people;
study - 68 people;
treatment - 11 people.
