According to the National Statistics Committee, 26,738 units small business entities (excluding farms and dekhkan farms) were established in the republic during January-April 2025.
This figure increased by 0.2% compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
When their numbers are distributed by type of economic activity, the trade sector occupies the leading position:
in the trade sector - 10,016 units
in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector - 3,661 units
in the industrial sector - 3,265 units
in the accommodation and food services sector - 2,360 units
in the construction sector - 1,547 units
in the information and communication sector - 993 units
in the transportation and storage sector - 824 units
in the healthcare and social services sector - 490 units
in other sectors - 3,582 units
