In which region are the most construction companies operating?

According to the National Statistics Committee, as of July 1, 2025, a total of 29,400 units enterprises are operating in the construction sector in our country.

This figure has increased by 1,992 units since the beginning of the year. When analyzed by region, the largest share belongs to Tashkent city, accounting for 24.2% of the total number of enterprises.

They are distributed by region as follows:

Tashkent city - 7,118 units;

Tashkent region - 2,626 units;

Samarkand region - 2,180 units;

Fergana region - 2,174 units;

Bukhara region - 2,095 units;

Kashkadarya region - 2,018 units;

Surkhandarya region - 1,912 units;

Andijan region - 1,685 units;

Rep. Karakalpakstan - 1,546 units;

Khorezm region - 1,466 units;

Namangan region - 1,348 units;
