According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-September 2025, the retail trade turnover of Uzbekistan amounted to 316.4 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 11% compared to the corresponding period last year.
As of October 1, the number of commercial enterprises operating in the retail trade sector amounted to 84,838.
During this period, wholesale trade turnover amounted to 346.6 trillion soums, an increase of 12.6% compared to the previous year.
As of October 1, 50,086 commercial enterprises operate in the wholesale trade sector in the republic.
