According to the National Committee on Statistics, as of 1 July 2026, the average population density in Uzbekistan was 85.8 people per square kilometre.
This figure increased by 1.5 people compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.

2022 — 79.3 people per square kilometre;
2023 — 81.0 people per square kilometre;
2024 — 82.7 people per square kilometre;
2025 — 84.3 people per square kilometre;
2026 — 85.8 people per square kilometre.
