According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to USD 57.4 billion in January–August 2026.
This figure increased by USD 4 billion, or 7.6%, compared with the corresponding period of 2025.
In the total foreign trade turnover:
Exports — USD 22.9 billion (–3.4%);
Imports — USD 34.5 billion (+16.3%).
Excluding gold, exports of goods amounted to USD 11.5 billion, representing an increase of 28.7% compared with the corresponding period of 2025.
During the period under review, Uzbekistan maintained trade relations with more than 200 countries worldwide.
The largest shares of Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover were accounted for by China (23%), the Russian Federation (16%), Kazakhstan (6.5%), Türkiye (3.4%), and Afghanistan (2.5%).
