In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-July 2023, large enterprises produced 397.9 tons of canned cucumbers. Compared to the corresponding period in 2022, the volume of production increased by 39.6%. In July 2023, 361.3 tons of canned cucumbers were produced.
