In order to widely promote a healthy lifestyle and develop mass sports in our country, the "Government Cup" competition was organized among the central apparatus employees of various ministries, departments and other state organizations in the field of football.
On October 23 of this year, a team of central office employees of the Statistics Agency also participated.
The Statistics Agency team reached the 1/8 finals, beating the Customs Committee team with a score of 2:0 in the first match.
It should be noted that the names of more than 30 teams were registered in this year's competition. The drawing ceremony, conducted by the specialists of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, was transparent, fair and strictly followed sports principles.
According to the rules of the competition, the matches lasted two halves of 20 minutes each. The matches are held at the "Bunyodkor" stadium.
