According to the National Statistics Committee, as of January 1, 2025, a total of 407.9 thousand commercial organizations are operating in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 320.9 thousand are limited liability companies (LLCs), accounting for 78.7 percent of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational and legal form is as follows:
limited liability companies — 320,870 (78.7 %);
private enterprises — 46,866 (11.5 %);
family enterprises — 36,158 (8.8 %);
joint-stock companies — 636 (0.2 %);
others — 3,320 (0.8 %).
