According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, Uzbekistan exported 2.2 million tons of fruits and vegetables worth US$2.1 billion.
The value of exports increased by 36.9 % compared to the corresponding period last year, and their share in the total volume of exports amounted to 6.3%.
Their composition is as follows:
fruits and berries - 628.5 thousand tons;
vegetables - 582.5 thousand tons;
watermelons and melons - 233.6 thousand tons;
peanuts and nuts - 29.3 thousand tons;
mung bean - 148.2 thousand tons;
others - 540.5 thousand tons.
