The National Statistics Committee is organizing practical training sessions aimed at developing employees’ foreign language skills and public speaking culture.

As part of the latest training session, a “Presentation Session” was held with the participation of the 1st group of English language course attendees. During the session, the participants prepared presentations based on a topic from their English textbook, choosing a country and one of its specific sectors, and delivered them in English in the form of public speaking.

p

This practical exercise enabled the participants not only to express their ideas freely in English, but also to strengthen their skills in analyzing data, presenting information in a logical sequence, and speaking fluently and confidently in front of an audience. In this regard, the presentations served to integrate the process of working with statistical data with foreign language learning.

The presentation process was evaluated by Abdulhay Djurayev, Coordinator of the English language courses. At the end of the session, the participants’ presentations were analyzed, feedback was provided on their strengths and areas for improvement, and necessary recommendations were given for further developing their public speaking and presentation skills.

At the end of the event, special gifts were presented to the participants who received the highest scores.
